I have lived here since 05/2003 and have no complaints. I park my car in the unnumbered space so my visitors can part in the numbered space.

I moved in here in June 2006 too and for the first few days did the same thing - parked in the unnumbered space so that my visitors can park in the numbered space. However, after the first few days there was a note on my door asking not to do so. I am guessing it was from my "not-so-friendly" neighbor. :-)) But I agree with you that this place is great to rent. Very happy so far!
