I've lived in Abington for about two years. I think overall the office staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance always came within 24 hours of a call. Probably the only bad things are trash day and parking.... people don't abide by the rules about putting trash out in containers... sometimes it's piled up high in bags - a big eyesore for the neighborhood. And on weekends, especially Saturdays, parking can get pretty tight.. but it's helpful that each apt is assigned one designated spot. Like any place, I had very nice neighboors, so my experience was pleasant.
