I've lived here for two years and six months ago I would have highly recommended this place. The major complaint I have is with maintenance of appliances. Our air conditioning stopped working in May and we are now 2 days away from August with no help. The office staff said that until it literally BREAKS (like a part falls off, or fails) they will not replace it. It is 89 degrees in my apartment as I write this, and even warmer upstairs. We actually even called the OWNER (through Buckeye Real Estate) and his exact words were, "you could buy a few box fans." Seriously!' I pay over 800 a month to live here, and it is aparently too much to ask for a working air conditioning. That really, really angered me. Also, we have water damage and a constant drip in our basement from the dishwasher and they refuse to replace it because "it still works." 3 of our 4 burners on our stove are not working, and Kristen (property manager) said that we should just use the microwave if we are cooking more than one thing.. give me a break.

Yes, the kids are hard to deal with, but it is mostly a parenting issue - not a landlord issue. Although, they should contact the parents since there is property damage that is done (i.e. the kids play baseball in the parking lot with real baseballs and bats, etc.) My car has permanent Sharpie marker all along the side from my neighbors children, many mornings I wake up to kids literally looking in my window to see my dog, I could go on and on.

I would really do alot of research and see if you can't find ANYTHING else in the area for the same price (I'm 99% sure you could since they raise rent every year and now are adding water, sewer, trash, etc. as resident responsibility). If there is nothing else, it's not totally unbearable, but definitely not recommended.
