The major problem is that dog owners are supposed to clean up dog waste and some don't. So sometimes you walk outside and smell poop or step in it right outside your back porch. Another problem on trash pick-up day is that tenants are supposed to get their empty can and put it back on their porch, but don't do it for days. So you could have guests come over and they might have to walk by someone else's trash cans laying in the grass in front of your apartment. The only real problem that is not the fault of the rude tenants is that parking is very crowded because some stupid condo designer thought that we needed grass by the carports.
