They charge an arm and a leg for pets (200 deposit PLUS 20/month for a cat....outrageous) Some of the other tenants are shady, many are young and like to party late. The central air is pitiful. People drive too fast through the complex. Giving credit where it's due: the staff was helpful and tried their best to offset the effects of the soulless Buckeye Real estate co. We left the unit cleaner than we found it and they jacked us out of our deposit. If I can stop one person from renting there, this was worth it.
