Dear Prospective Renters of Abington Village - The only reason I found this website is because my neighbor (who has been here like 8 years and loves it) told me about all the wackos that write on here. I can honestly say that this is a great apartment for the money and location. On occasion kids ride their bikes in the street and on occasion there is trash put out too early but it IS an apartment. Most of the time it is just fine. Do some of you think these minor things wouldn't happen anywhere else or if you lived in a house' At least here you CAN rely on maintenance and a leasing office who takes care of anything we have told them about, that they can, some things are out of the control of residents and the management. This is not a luxury apartment but I rented from a luxury place that had bad maintenance, kids everywhere and I paid an arm and a leg on top of it. This place is perfect for young couples, families or a single person (like me) who can afford it and is looking for a good value. I can honestly say all of this after living here almost three years. I love my neighbors and know they would also agree. It stinks when a few people's bad experiences make our home seem like a place that is anything less than great!

I agree wholeheartedly. I have been living here for the last 3 years and just love this place although I would have loved my neighbors to be more friendly. :-)) But definitely this place is a great value for money, quick maintenance and great location.

I went to check out these apartments for my family of three i talked to the lease consultant. Whom was very rude to me.Based on this i will never live there. As far as the garbage on the curb too early, It looked bad for a perspective renter. What I saw was trash outside torn shades in the windows and some maintence issues with the buildings. Usually the outside and surroundings says alot about the place.
