They charge an arm and a leg for pets (200 deposit PLUS 20/month for a cat....outrageous) Some of the other tenants are shady, many are young and like to party late. The central air is pitiful. People drive too fast ... more

some lazy, discourteous, health-hazard-causing tenants, but otherwise ok

The major problem is that dog owners are supposed to clean up dog waste and some don't. So sometimes you walk outside and smell poop or step in it right outside your back porch. Another problem on trash pick-up day ... more
