I had a great apartment with a view of the lake and lots of storage. There were a few problems, however.

The staff was really bad. The previous tenants had dogs with fleas. First the office denied this despite the infestation, then they claimed that they had it exterminated before we moved it. It was only after we threatened to go to court that they fixed it.

THen we flooded becaise the icemaker in the above apartment broke. It was like pulling teeth to get them to clean the carpets--only happened after mushrooms started growing!!

Also there are a lot of huge dogs running around and big piles of dog crap that masters don't pick up--drives me crazy.
