Arbors of Dublin

I am still living here, these appartments are going under, they are offering all sorts of specials just to get people to move in. They are nice all the way up to that point, after that you have to fight to get anything done. The siding on the building is absolutely dirty and partially damaged. If you happen to brush against it in the morning you might as well go change shirts. the stairs are all rusty and not very attractive, lights are not working, cars are getting broken into right in front of the appartments, water is dripping, noise at night, way too many college kids and to my knowledge ONE security person for all these appartments. I would not recommend anybody to move here unless they have a lot of time to mess with these people and dont mind the things I have mentioned. It is also to my knowledge the only place in Columbus where you can bring pets regardless of size. If you can tolerate people torturing large dogs in small appartments and watching them walk them twice a day, then this should not bother you. There is a reason for large animals not beeing allowed in small city appartments, it is not good for them.

Just drive through these appartments, look around lots of wrecked cars and lemons sitting around. Talk to some people that live here !! That is the biggest mistake I made. I only talked to a cute girl that works there and coincidentally lives somewhere else. So talk to some people you see there ( if they speak english ).
There are some nice people that got stuck living here and they will surely give you more info. If you do decide to move in, be prepared to get shown some model appartment. Do not fall for this, make sure they show you what you get and meticulously fill out your inspection sheet!
