Overall, the apartments have old appliances and fixtures and are poorly painted. Often, several maintenance requests must be made in order for things to be adequately fixed. The outside of the buildings (stairs, paint, etc.) is poorly maintained and many of the office employees can be quite rude and not accommodating.
Make sure that you are shown the actual apartment that you will be moving into as their "models" are in no way an adequate representation of what you will actually get. Noise (and cigarette smoke!) travel very easily from apartment to apartment and no effort is made to remove unsightly broken-down cars, dog feces, or trash/dirt from the property. There is only one dumpster for the entire property and you must take your trash to that location or face threats of fining.
Overall, I have found my experience at Arbors of Dublin to be very poor and not at all worth the money charged for rent. I highly recomment paying slightly more to live somewhere (anywhere!) else. I will be very glad to move on from the mistake I made in signing a lease here.
