My move was made so easy, utility numbers were given to me when I leased my apartment along with all the information I needed and a rate sheet with pet policies & a site map with all of the amenities, mailboxes, dumpster & my apartment highlighted on it. The two swimming pools were nice & the office had resident parties for us throughout the year, I met a lot of new friends that way. I had few maintenance requests but I didn't have a problem getting them done in a timely manner. I moved here because they were one of the few complexes that allows large pets and I always picked up after them. Most of the complaints I found on this web site seem to be the stupidity of the other residents & their lack of responsibility and knowledge of finding out information before they move.
