I have been very pleased with this apartment renting experience so far. The area is well maintained and clean. Only negative so far is the weight room facility completely sucks, but the new managements made a verbal promise to completely renovate it and add new equipment.

Just an update: the weight room facility has not been fixed as of 6/4/05. That is generally the way everything goes at Arbors.

When I first left this comment, management changed I believe twice. Nothing was ever fixed, including the weight room, my car was broken into, and the pool was shut down for over half the summer for no apparent reason. Also, if you live near the street, be prepared for deafening noise of trucks emptying dumpster behind Meijer at 3am every morning. I highly recommend against this place.
