Eye candy in the office but that's about it

The girl with the long brown hair in the office is pretty easy to look at. I flirt with her all the time and she is very plesant to me in return. The apartments on the other hand are not that great. Put in a work order it can take two weeks for maint. guys to come out and fix my problem. Maybe they should hire the cute girl in the office to fix my problems in my apartment.
