I just terminate the lease with Arbors of Dublin. There are issue and only issue in this apartment complex. Absouletly no maintenence. I have had broken ceiling, water leaking from the top, water leaking from AC, mold on the windlow panel / wall, rats, bugs, very dirty entrance and so much. Have requested them to fix thse issues for last 15months with no success. Finaly consult an attorney, inform code enforcement of City of columbus, Also informed the Health department. Code enforcement and health department have had inspected the unit and summon the management to fix the issue and make the unit atleast the minimum standard set by the city. My car was break in twice in the paid carport. I would love to send you the picture of the apartment and the scanned report from code enforcement, health department and police upon request.
