Before we moved here the management was happy go lucky to lure you into there TRAP after you move here they would not PEE on you if you were on fire. The property Manager and her Assisiant are liars and snakes They both need to be replaced with people that know the real meaning of customer service. The office is most of the time closed or the answering maching is on. They never return your calls. You call a maintenance order in it take them forever to get to you. Speaking of maintenance well that's hopeless. Our AC broke when we move here it took over a month to repair it. If a major appliance breaks you might as well forget it. There are several other problems to many to list. We have many wild children here running lose all hours of the night and some apartments have more than one family living in them. The hot tubs has been broke for years and the pool this year was closed. Then there is the geese poop everywere and the dog poop. The owners should be picking it up half of them dont. To get anything fixed you need to call the City of Columbus Code Enforcemant or the health department or the fire inspector. You have to beg and step on toe's. I want to know were is our rent money that we pay going. It sure isn't going back into the property for repairs. We pay high dollar rent for what. Someplace we can call our home but we are embarassed to invite our friends over because of the condition of your apartments. I do have one good thing to say about this place and that is the landscape look's nice. NOTE: This company also ownes The Arbors of Watermark in Columbus and Windsor at Sterling in Columbus. There are alot of nice apartments not owned by this company. GOOD ADVISE DONT RENT HERE.

The Connor Group also owns propeties in Dayton, OH. This is where ------------ started out. He is a crook! Check out the reviews of their properties in Dayton (Georgetown of Kettering, Steeplechase, Cambridge Commons, and Castlebrook). These people have no interest in anything but your money!!! They shouldn't even be allowed to rent to people as bad as they treat them!!!

We have talked to residents at Sterling here in Columbus and they have had the same problems. The property manager there is -----. She seems to be a duplicate of -----. It seems to be a requirement that you are rude, inconsiderate, greedy, coward, and lack any empathy to work for The Connor Group.

------ at the Island Club in Columbus seems to have had that same class as ----- and -----. They are all liars and refuse to help you get anything handled. Even the office in Dayton seems to have lost their ------ she never seems to be in the office when you want to now where your refund check is.
