I have just recently moved out of the Arbors of dublin due to a job transfer to another state. I have seen multiple improvements to the property since the connor group has taken over. They took over a complex that was in horrible condition and are making it a hell of a lot better. You can't just snap your fingers and expect a property to be 100% perfect. The fact that this company actually cares and takes pride in thier complex means a lot. I definitley would have stayed for another year if my circumstances were different. I would highly recommend this place!

I can be understanding that they bought a stink hole and it takes time to repair it. I can not be understanding of the management or that they are not up to code and putting people in danger. They avoid confrontation and lie through their teeth about EVERYTHING! When management does not return calls and physically runs from residents there is serious problems! But it does make me feel better to know that we were not the only ones being run from! I am in agreement that Renee Nice (but not really nice at all) wrote this.

Anonymous = Renee. This review is a joke... anybody who lives here knows that everything about it is a lie. The "improvements" that were promised have been crappy paint jobs. Maybe try cleaning up the property a little and responding to your residents' requests.

Did the Connor Group pay you to write this or are you an employee for them?
