Pathetic specially their services dont sign their leases specially the utility company

pathetic, definitely cheap but make sure you dont sign the water lease, they are ripping you off with unnecessary charges and they. Always the management keeps changing and believe me the staff is rude, extrmemly rude, once you sign a lease know that you are done, they advertise one thing and once you get there they will say thats not there etc... so make sure even if you are getting in teat there is not extra fees they are going to charge you
