Pathetic, Moldy apartment

I had so many different things go wrong with this place and nothing ever got fixed. I acutually had their maintence man tell me the fridge was working correctly even when the temp reading was 68 degrees for 3 straight days. I had a serious mold problem, their solution paint over it. I developed serious allergies and have never been so sick in my life. Now that I have moved out, I have not been sick once in 6 months. I had a wall cave in because of lack of proper maintence, and it took them over 4 months to fix it, and even then it wasn't fixed correctly. They will always tell you on the phone someone will be over yet unless you hound them every day no one will ever respond. Good luck getting ahold of the corporate office. They just foward your complaints back to the site office even if the problem is with the site office staff. 1 week before moving out, they decided to finally fix the pool, after it closed the summer before the 1st week of August. They even think they need to use the sprinkler system to water the dead flowers in February when the temp outside is 15 degrees. The water just froze on the road and made a huge sheet of ice. The only good thing. Enough parking.
