I recently moved in the Arbors of Dublin. The office staff has changed and now there is a new company that owns the property. I feel from what I see things have change since the last reviews. The clubhouse, leasing office, laundry room, fitness center, and landscape is under major reconstruction/renovations. I understand they chose to do this during the holidays because of the slow season. I'm excited to see the changes and have been really happy with the new manager. I hope the manager represents the new company and expectations. I love those rentbuster gifts.
