Apartments are old, but new management making strides...

This winter was a huge fiasco for this apartment complex. Their hot water tanks are in outdoor, non-insulated rooms, which, of course, led to pipes freezing left and right. I've had two significant water leaks, including one the 2nd day i moved in. I've made 8 maintenance calls in 6 months and half of those calls went unacknowledged for several days. However, mixed in with all this bad is some good. The new management is committed to making sure a winter like that never happens again as they will be renovating the entire hot water tank structure. They are also committed to the renter's happiness as they have since contacted me, apologizing for all the trouble that i have experienced. I would recommend the Arbors of Dublin to a new renter after the renovations occur, just to be sure they did occur. My first six months living here has been a fiasco, and I'm pretty certain to leave after my lease expires, but there is promise. I really feel the new ownership is committed to turning this place around.
