This apartment is ridiculous!! I mean ridiculous, management is hard rose and not being reasonable.
1. Water: your pay is based on the size of your apartment, not your usage. If you are on travel for the whole month, you will still end up with paying the same amount of water fee.
2. Gym key deposit: when you get the key they will tell you the deposit will give back to you once you return the key; when you return the key they will tell you they will return the deposit to you with the rental deposit. What ends up is you will not get it back.
3. Rental deposit: what they will do is to find a small problem and then you don't expect to get it back. They will simply don't return it to you without any notice, don't expect them to tell you. Think about their deposit, they asked much lower than other, why, because if they don't return it to you you will not think it is a big deal. Smart, Arbors of Dublin!
