Anyone even thinking of moving into this place run the other way and FAST! The first problem I encountered when we moved in during Feb (winter month) was that there was no gas or heat, what a great welcome to the Arbors of Dublin. That should've been my first warning sign! The water pressure in the bathrooms is so low when you have the hot water on that you can't even take a shower. I had to buy a special shower head just to be able to take a semi-decent shower. The office staff is soo rude that it's a wonder that anyone lives there. we had a really bad smell coming from somewhere in our apartment and we asked someone to come and take a look at it. The told us it was because we had not taken the rash out, the smell of raw sewage has nothing to do with one bag of trash in an apartment. Come to find out there was something wrong with the pipe that went to the washer. I have a list of different thing that I have encountered living here so long that I could go on for pages. The biggest problem is that when you call to request something repaired they give you the run around, won't call you back, you have to literally hound them just to do their job. then they'll say there was no record of your calls when you complain. We had no Air conditioner for most of the summer because the pipes kept freezing up. but according to them they don't have t insure air conditioning... I guess they don't have to insure heat either. Turn the other way, and FAST!!!
