Arbors of Dublin is the worst place for you to live. If you ever have another choice, don't go there.
What the management think is to squeeze your deposit. They can give you millions of reason why they has to keep your deposit and don't expect to get it back. Same scenario for the gym key deposit.
Water bill is even more funny here, you should expect to pay more than you use. Nobody in the rental office is willing take responsibility and when you had an issue, please be patient, you can get it solved when you move out. I had some college student neighbour, they are noisy. I mean noisy, they can stay up a whole night and throw beer bottles everywhere. Terrible community here.
