I moved in here last spring and I was very excited only to be greatly disappointed. When I moved in my apartment had a lot of things wrong with it, you cannot see out one of the windows because of a leak... they never fixed this after months of asking them to. I had to make them replace my front door because it wasn't locking all the way which is very unsafe. I also had a cockroach problem from the neighbors which took a month to fix, i found one in my bed once. The apartment is sooo tiny i feel like im in a cage. For the price i pay it is not worth it at all. The stairs to my apartment are broken and have had orange X's on them to be fixed for the last year. They dont clean up outside, there is trash from over the summer still out there, the dog poop in the grass is ridiculous, i have stepped in it multiple times. Over the summer the hot tub only worked half the time and I hardly got to use it. They make you pay a fee to use the fitness center which is crappy. Theres broken equipment and the tv in there doesn't work. People leave their trash outside their door for days which is supposed to be not aloud but when you tell the managers they do nothing about it. Over the summer i am woken up to spanish music blaring in the parking lot every morning or people honking at 8am to pick someone up. Someone has a motorcycle and every morning makes it as loud as possible and wakes me up. The children play with balls, shopping carts and skateboards right next to the cars and almost hit them. I despise this place and i am counting down the days until i can move out. The kitchen cabinets are a disgusting yellow color and the apartment is very outdated. There is very little storage space. I had to have them fix my air conditioner because they hadn't changed the filter in years. The landscape is horrible, its disgusting.
