We just renewed our lease and they are obviously trying really hard to bring these apartments to a new standard. Just recently they added a new roof. The mantience is a little wacky, when they repainted the railings on our patio they cut, stepped on and threw our patio lights down which is crazy but otherwise no problems. The apartments are great size huge closets, nice patio, fireplace, open kitchen, everything we wanted for a decent price. We have a first floor, we barely hear our neighbors, great pool with a jacuzzi, really nice tennis court. The people are very diverse and all the kids are respectful and happily play together which we really enjoy. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
