From the inconsistant management team to maintence lack of knowledge, this place has really gone down hill. They are improving outside the building area, but not inside were we live. Looks are very decieving here. It's over priced for what you really get... can not wait for the lease to be over... as far as us living here for four years... It went from good to bad...and if I told every problem for the last year especially, well we would be reading the longest review ever... this is my feelings and i am entitled to them.. we have lived here, and been through some b.s.

It is NOT that bad in my experience, but the bird poop is appalling. Also smokers: collect your butts

I have also lived here for almost two years and I have to agree, every year it gets worse and its always something new with this place. I hate it. We're buying a house and moving out before our lease is up. Oh and if your thinking about living here, you should know that the water from AUM is collected all together from everyone that lives there and then is divided up each month. Arbors of Dublin only pay for 10% for the common areas. But the common areas have washers and driers. I used to watch how much water we used to try to save money.... not after finding that out. If I'm not paying for what Im using and everyone's bill is being split up, I use my washer and drier all the time now!
