I signed a 13 month lease last year and recieved a good deal on rent. What I didn't know is that I signed up for a year of hell.
Maintenance came in to fix things and would scratch paint... resulting in them not giving you your safety deposit back for things you didn't even do.

Our shower would run cold water after minutes in the shower. We called to have it fixed and they would never actually fix the problem...I eventually gave up on calling and we took cold showers for about 6 months or more.

There are geese everywhere and its scary to even walk to the pool for fear of getting attacked. Nevermind the massive amounts of poop everywhere!!

Two months before it was time for my lease to be up they put a reminder on my door. It stated that If I was terminating my lease to stop by the office and fill out a notice to vacate form. If i wished to renew my lease I needed to see them by June 30 to fill out paper work.
So when my roommate and I had time we went by to tell them we were moving out.
The unprofessional staff smirked and told us that we needed to give them 60 days notice and we would now have to pay for Septembers rent even though we were supposed to be out by August.
I figured 45 days notice was plenty but apparently in fine print in the lease it says 60 days and they didn't include it in the reminder so they can screw people out of money!!!

There are a few good things like the location to all the shops and restaurants and the pool is nice to lay out at.
The bedrooms and closets are also nice sizes.
But thats about it..if anyone decides to live here then make sure you read the fine lines twice...The staff is not on your side and they are trying to get you for every penny!
I have lived in some wonderful apartment communities in Columbus and this is not one!
