don't know what the fuss is

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
My husband and I have lived her for over a year now and are pleasantly suprised. We moved from a 4bed 2 bath home to a 2 bed 2 bath apartment, but found room for almost everything. The walk in closet in the master is HUGE, and the bedroom and bathroom sizes are ample. The staff has been kind to us and knows us by name. And maintance is sometimes slow to respond but it depends on the situation, they're not going to let your apartment flood or catch fire, we had some issues with a short in the wiring and they came over right away and worked till it was fixed and have since checked back to see if we have any other problems with it. The place needs updating here and there but nothing horrendous, and since under new management they've made progress in updating the grounds and working to update the rentals. We have a lot of really nice neighbors, but like any community you have a few that don't respect others and don't clean up after their pets, but folks, thats apartment living. The price is a little more than we wanted to pay at first but the location and ammenties sell this place. To be so close to all the shopping and highways and still be off the beaten path away from all the traffic in a nice community makes up for what you pay. Our rent as listed includes we are waterfront-very nice, first floor, have a fireplace and a dog and a cat.
