Team attempts to extort money from tennets. Rent is very overpriced at will increase each lease term by at least 10%. Charge tennets 250 dollars to move to a different apartment in the community and make it as difficulta s possible to end any lease (even at the end of the lease). They do not monitor there trash and becomes dumping ground for Columbus. Much better communities in the area stay away at all possible costs. Also, complex has a serious mold issue which will effect your health. I am sorry I ever moved in here.

I know what you mean about the mold and mildew. I told the office about it and they said it was just a stained. WTF?? When are stains fuzzy?
