Poor management, falling apart

The first week I moved in, my blind fell down, the toilet flush bar fell off, and the wash hoses burst. The appliances were very old and nasty.
I could hear my upstairs neighbor brush his teeth! The rental office is rude and difficult to work with.
There are a lot of hidden charges, in addition to the rent. Water is SHARED, so if you are single, you still have to pay for the neighbors and their 4 kids. You have to PAY for trash, too.
The location is good and it looks pretty when you drive in the complex. Enjoy the scenery and THEN DRIVE AWAY. It stinks!
