I have lived at Britton Woods for several years & am suprised that you have had such a bad experience in the short time that you have lived here. My response is not, in any way, meant to be negative toward you, only to express a different opinion based on my experience, that is apparently very different than yours. I have never been able to hear my upstairs neighbor brush his/her teeth. That is simply not possible. I do have neighbors above me that moved in a few months ago that were so loud that I pounded on the ceiling at 11:30 p.m. on a Monday night when I was trying to sleep & had to get up early for work the next morning. I spoke with them the next day to find out that they are staying here for a year while they are having a house built & it is 2 adults, 2 children under the age of 3 & a 11 mth. old black labrador! I am not thrilled when I hear all of the ruckus above me, but I do understand that I live in an apartmet. When we are all able to become homeowners, we, hopefully will never have to deal with this again ! I have, with only 1 exception, never found anyone in the office to be "rude & difficult to work with". I have been pleased with the minimal turnover in the office staff & am impressed with the fact that they have had the same District Manager & a Leasing Agent since I have been here. The maintenance staff also has a supervisor & support employees that have been here for a few years & have always responded promptly to my requests for maintenance issues in my apartment. Paying for water is an expense that I prefer not to pay for as well. Every apartment complex that I have checked out to potentially move to seems to charge for this also. I'm not very happy that I have to pay for trash on a monthly basis, since I have to take it to the dumpster myself. Some other communities don't charge for this, but there are alot of other amenities that Britton Woods has to offer that, I suppose offset the charge. There are 2 swimming pools, a nice workout facility, 2 tennis courts, walking paths, etc..
