I lived there from Jun07 to Feb08. I paid $200 deposit to them when i rented the apartment.I kept the apartment very clean.the only thing i have done is a 1 ft line on a wall. for this they charged me $160. this is really ridiculous. they were claiming that they have to use double coat paint for that. do you think, it will cost $160 for the 1 foot line on a wall. Please be aware of this apartment. I don't recommend this apartment to anyone. They will steal your deposit. When i signed the lease, they told me that i have an option of month to month lease once my lease gets expired. but at the end i got a notice from them with min 4 month lease option that too with $340 extra rent than what i was paying regularly. Regularly i was $596 for 588sqft apartment for 8 month lease. after 8 months, they were asking to me sign min 4 more months and now the rent would be $940 for that 588sft apartment, guys can you believe it. Patio door was broken even before i moved into this apartment. they didn't fix even till i left the apartment, they will say that water bill will be $25 depends on how much you use, but in the end you will receive upto $40. I never got less than $35 for water, they will tell you that the bill based on 2 users and based on the entire building consumption. it is nothing but cheating. coz there are several other apartments in the same building and you have to pay if other ppl use more water. becareful before you move into this apartment,
and noice is also much if you live downstairs.....

I agree. I had similar problems with them. Especially Rachael. They are a bunch of conniving half witted peons.

I thought Rachael was nice and courteous, im surprised to hear that. I think your just bitter becuase you didnt get your money back. Britton Woods is a wonderful place to live and if you saw Rachael you woudl know she isnt like that, plus shes hot.

Rachel is a looser and definitely not hot - - haven't seen her since I moved out, but the pepe la poo hairdo was a definite don't. Sounds like Buckeye Boy has a thing for trashy women.
