Britton Woods is horrible. Barb promised me at the beginning that the walls were thick, water was inexpensive, and paint is available if you want to repaint your walls before your lease is over. Well, I could hear every little thing my neighbors were doing. Also, the windows were horrible in the winter- extremely drafty. My gas bills were more money in the winter than what I paid for when I was renting an entire house! Also, I had a to live in another state for 3 months because of business. The entire time I was gone, I still had to pay 40 dollars a month for water, even though there was no water usage for the entire time. Then when my lease was up, it took them 3 days to get me my paint. The management was extremely rude about it too. I rarely talked to management (mostly cuz I tried to avoid them if I could) but when I did, they were never helpful and acted like they were better than me. When it came to getting my deposit back, they only gave me 50 dollars of my 150 back. They said its because they didn't start sending the water bills til a few months after I moved in, and I owed them for that. What BS. I'm so happy to be out of there. Over priced for such a small place and the worst management I have ever experienced!

if you were a ---- to me every time i had to deal with you, i would act like i was better than you too. people tend not to want to help others when they're not treated with respect. it's mindblowing, i know.
