I have noticed that people are complaining about the price, it is maybe a litte high but considering all the anemities and try living in the northeast for a studio under a $1000.00. I have been here for over 2 years now and live with my son. We both love it. Maintenance has always been here the next day and has fixed in record time anything that i needed to be fixed. I have only had to call them maybe 4 times the entire time I have been here. You can party at the Pools (find that anywhere else) we play rock band in my place and have never had a complaint, I have never heard my neighbors who have been couples and singles. I have made great friends, and so has my son. I would recommend this to anyone with children, dubin is the best school district in the nation. I have never had to call the police or make a complaint about anyone. I play my music the way i want and listen to my sports on surround sound without any complaints. I like all the people in management and maintenance.

Another person who posts a review on this apartment that's been a resident for 2 years... I'm glad you're fine living there and get to do whatever you want. Other's are obviously not being treated the same way you are being treated. It's unfair. You can't blame that it's the customer's fault because no one knows what happened and why. But all the people that have posted a bad review on this apartment complex are trying to warn other's not to get into a situation like they did. If you look at the reviews, most of the people commented that it's been horrible. It's rare that anyone said anything good about the place. Good luck to you and I hope they won't catch you when you try and leave to live in a house.

Yes I lived there at Britton Woods at one point in my life. Not an experience I like to think of. I have a posting on here which where I do not recommend others to move to this apartment complex. I agree that my reason for posting my review is to warn others. I know what happened to me has and is happening to others. Its nice to know that I might prevent others from wasting their time and money on this place. Also, you've lived there 2 years and don't know that Dublin is on the northwest side of Columbus?
