From the looks of the community at first glance, you might be impressed with lakes and landscaping. Upon closer inspection and walking the grounds, you'll find dog poop and feces from the ducks and geese everywhere. I can tell you that inside the apartments are falling apart - they refuse to replace the seals on leaking faucets, broken seals on windows, bathroom fixtures that fall apart and any other repair you need. Further, if the temperature goes down around zero in the winter, the heating system isn't capable of keeping the temp above 68 inside and I freeze. They have had several robberies in the past year here in broad daylight and at night. Their management will blatently lie to you in a heartbeat as others indicated on this review and you'll wait for months if you're lucky enough to have a maintenence request acknowledged. Then, you'll most likely be given the parts for the repair and expected to do the work yourself - yes, dryer vents and all. Definitely a place for the fixer upper who does his or her own repairs.
