I lived in Camden for one whole year until I bought my house. I had a 2 1/2 bath condo. I will give you the good first. I rarely ever heard noise from either side and on one side I had college students. I loved the grounds and ponds and feeding the geese. The pool was great and you could even sneak in at night.

Now for the really bad. I repeatedly had maintenance come because the air conditioner never cooled properly, nor did it EVER turn off. In fact in the last summer months I was there, my electric bill tripled!! And yet they still repeatedly showed me the stick they kept putting in the vent and "claiming" it was blowing out 50 degrees. Yeah, whatever!!!! Also, the front staff was usually rude. And they were always at the pool with their friends. When I moved in with my 8 year old cat, who had been indoors since birth and had NEVER had fleas, well, within a month she had them and worms & fast forward my vet bill of 500 dollars to get rid of them. It was a nightmare! Also, although I never had cockroaches, I did have a persistent problem with what I think are called, silverfish bugs. At Christmas, it took at least 20-25 minutes to get from the mall to your home(not even a mile). The bad at this place definitely outweighs the good. DON'T DO IT!!!

i had my ac fixed then it didnt work and they gave me a new one right away. my pilot light on my waterheater went out (on a sunday) someone was right there to light it. it is quiet the parking does sometimes suck.also i was locked out in the rain and someone came right away to let me in. susan is great (jennifer did suck)and i feel she really tries. I feel im getting my moneys worth. BUT. I do hate that u cant always us the jacuzzi cus people hog it. theyre drinking so probably peeing a lot in it but the pool dude drains it a lot. also it is a hangout for employees and they bogart it.not so much the office people but the pool manager and his groupies. sorry about your cat-thats awful.
