The community looks good on the outside but the apartments aren't kept up on the inside and they are very lacking in maintenence. They are slow to respond and usually aren't able to fix the problem. We've had a problem with ants, the disposal and dishwasher and it's taken 4 months to get the appliances fixed. We still have ants and another bug I can't identify. We moved in a year ago and had a NIGHTMARE with the rude and unprofessional old management. If there is one positive about the place, it is that they fired the old click of rude old ladies working in office since Edwards Group took over the new people do seem to be very responsive, nice and very professional. Total change from that old crew of losers, Elisa and her old friends but we're unwilling to wait to see if they can change the place. Whoever wrote the last entries about the management change is obviously former management or their friends because everyone of my neighbors complained loudly about them so it's obvious why they all got fired, thank goodness! But even the positive new management can't change all the problems they have here at one. Mall traffic is always a problem and impossible at Christmas time to get anywhere.
