The new management at Camden is doing fine and they are making a positve difference at Camden Place - I did not hesitate to re-new my lease.

Just a few of the positive changes---

Club House is free
New Pool table & flat screen TV in Club House
Pool & Hot tub stayed open until end of October
Provided food, drink & entertainment for free Pool parties
Repairs are made to amentities quickly
Free DVD library

Camden Place is the best place to live in this zip code.

Pretty damn funny!!!! This is obviously written by staff here at Camden - and they are lying by the comment that they just renewed a lease. This person works here no doubt. I am a resident here and nothing has improved. It's all talk and no action. And I WON"T be renewing my lease!

Busted! That DOES sound a little bit like an advertisement for the property. What resident is that thrilled because the clubhouse is free (by the way, shouldn't it be free anyway?!) and because the hot tub stayed open until late October?! Who else would know that, besides leasing staff? And who would care?! Oh, thank goodness they kept the hot tub open until late October! Come on!! That sounds like a little inside information and a self-administered pat on the back.
