wow, so many negative reviews. I've been living here for almost 3 years. I do have to agree that the parking is "HORRIBLE". I think the management is doing something about it though, too bad I won't be here long enough to see the result. The maintenance is a little bit slow, but they do get the job done. I think they need to hire more maintenance guys. I'm a little bit unhappy about they increase my rent every year.
I think overall the experience is pretty good. I actually like the current management staff better. I've only spoke to Jennifer a few times, but I thought she was ok. The other 2 ladies were really nice though.
Maybe I'm one of the lucky ones, but I really do enjoy living here. The environment is beautiful and the location is awesome. The staff are friendly. The only reason why I can't renew my lease because I'm moving in with my girlfriend and it's kind of expensive for their 2 bedroom apartment.
