ive been here 2 full years and maintenence has been very good I was locked out in the rain in the morning and someone got me in immediatly. Pilot lite went out on a sunday-got resolved right away.Minor interior problems repaired quickly.Even replaced on a/c with brand new one. the pool manager is a trip but he does keep the pool and jacuuzi really clean, Hes just like the school monitor tho- dont cheat w/ your freinds getting in!He loves to bust you. Its all good tho

this review is OBVIOUSLY from an employee of Camden Place. HELL NO the maintenance is NOT good here. They are worthless and slow to respond. Pool guy hogs the jacuzzi with his friends in the evenings before closing it down so others can't use it. This place is a dump and watch your step, cause the dogs here take a dump anywhere and the owners nor Camden never clean it up. They also let dogs run loose here which isn't supposed to be allowed and they have a bad problem with wild cats living in the dumpster and jumping out at yoiu when approach it.
