There is NOTHING good to say about this place but by looking at the property as a potential tenant it does look nice. I've been very miserable here and the few neighbors that I know are also.

Here are a few of my experiences here.
THEFT BY THEIR STAFF: I had all kinds of problems and right after moving in and they sent maintenance over after about a week wait. The day they came, I came home to discover money missing from my dresser and my husband's watch was missing from his drawer. The mangers office did nothing to help and denied that they could have done this.
OLD APARTMENTS NOT KEPT IN CONDITION The construction of this complex is awful and things fall apart ALL the time. It takes 3 to 4 calls to office and 2-4 weeks to get them to acknowledge and send someone to fix if your lucky. When they show, they can't fix the problem half the time b/c they say they aren't allowed to order the parts to fix it. GHETTO PLACE Many of apartments have minorities with up to 6-12 people living in them and they are 1-2 bedrooms. With all those cars, there is no place to park and managment denies these people live there and does nothing.
LIARS, rude, and inconsiderate - that sums up the staff of this place. Drive through the complex and ask people who look nice and normal (they are few and hard to find) and see what they say. It may not look like the ghetto at first glance but that's what it is and thats how they treat it!!! The trash compactor is always overflowing with nasty garbage and since they let pets run free here they drag it all over. Filthy nasty. Pit bulls live here too and NASTIEST part of all is that there is dog SH** EVERYWHERE you step. Police are here often with domestic violence calls, theft reports or whatever but office denies any problems. The walls are VERY thin and you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in your neighbors apartment, that's all 8 or 12 or however many are living there at the time and every time they flush or pee, you will hear it. I had a garage but the opener didn't work half the time and if you don't have one, good luck getting a parking spot. I wouldn't recommend this apt community to anyone but if you do think you want to live here, wait until they can't fill an apartment and they list if for much less than normal rent just to fill it quickly and pay up to $100 less. We found out that the neigbors were paying that much less. That's why you get all the low life people next to you. They reduce the rent for them and then allow them to have as many people as they want living in a 1 or 2 bedroom apt. Hot water doesn't last long either and in the winter, if the temperature outside get below 20 or so, the heat would would only heat the place up to 65 b/c the unit is sized wrong. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
