Staff is very friendly, neighbors are about the same as you will find at any apartment complex.

I've lived here goind on my second year.

I'd say Karric place is better than most and worse than few.

Pick the South location and not the main location as there it's more secluded, is closer to Karric Square and has a traffic light for easy exiting onto the busy main roads.
