What a wonderful community , staff, and apartment!

I have resided at Karric Place going on 3 years.

From the moment I first drove onto the shamrock paved drive, noticing the immaculate and lushly detailed grounds, and then walking up to the gorgeous party house/rental office..I knew this was "home".

What truly overshadows all of the above, is the staff, from the property manager to the groundskeeper everyone always has a friendly smile, a willingness to help, and the ability to turn a problem into a solution.

I rent a two-bedroom , with full kitchen , seperate dining area, spacious living room and fireplace and a huge walk in closet among other amenities.

On the day of the move-in the manager herself took me to my new home, showed me in, and it was as promised, spotless and ready for me right down to the carpet! There have been some issues along the way, but each and every time the staff stepped up to the plate and hit a home-run in my book!

If you are looking for a home, but don't want or can't afford a house yet....Karric Place of Dublin is your best bet in my opinion.
