Years at this apartment: 2004-01-01 - 2005-01-01

Bad:
*Poor ventilation/old A/C/heating
*Sliding doors stick, to point unable to open AT ALL!! (even after maintanence came to fix it)
*Poor lighting in parking lot.
*no grace period for rent due!
*Very old appliances
*Very unprofessional staff
*Cell phones DO NOT work in the apartments, so you see people walking around parking lot on their cell phones and even then there isn't good reception.
Good:
One floor living space...and that's about it!
