I chose Karric Place because it's close to where I work and because it's all one story (I left my previous apartment because of obnoxious upstairs neighbors...). I see a lot of complaints about this place, but I don't have a problem. I pay my rent on time, don't know if that makes a difference or not (!). The staff is always friendly, the few times I've put in a maintenance request they've fixed my problem that day, and the property is very well maintained.
