I think that it's anice community and have not had any problems yet but i know as soon as the weather gets nice there will be problems. I currently own a motorcycle and enjoy riding it. Karric place though does not allow bikes on the property because the kick stands can ruin the blacktop. That's what kick stand pads are for. As for the bike being loud, it's a sportbike and has a factory exhaust. The bike is not loud. It's nonsense that I am going to have to store my bike somewhere else and drive my car to ride my bike.
