Although I've been living here for a few years, every successive tenant that has moved in has become worse, and this has been exacerbated by the allowance of pets into the southern portion of the complex. The walls are extremely thin and noise permeates from all sides. This wasn't an issue when I first moved in, but since mgmt. revised its policy on pets, it has. Walls are thin enough so that conversations can be overheard, when the telephone rings, drawers and cabinets open and close, when company is being entertained in living rooms, hair dryers running, people yawning(!), etc. Unless you live in an apartment with a fireplace, expect your utility bills to be higher than expected (close to $100 per month this past winter). The only plus to living here is the cheap rent and close proximity to shopping and the 270 freeway, but there are too many tradeoffs to recommend this place to prospective tenants.
