I do not reccomend Karric place for many reasons. The first starts off with the fact that the walls are very thin. You can hear phones ringing, complete conversations, neighbors using the restrooms, everything. The next is in relation to the horrible experience we had there. I lived in Karric place for a year and a half and what caused me to move out was the fact that they had a huge sewer back up that backed up into several apartments. The entire complexes sewage was backd up into our apartment. Karric place did nothing for over 12 hours after that time their solution was to merely clean that carpets. This didn't work. Our apartment smelled terribly of sewage. The other apartments in out building were empty and all they did was carpet clean them. These carpets were left soaking in sewage that is very dangerous. They did not pay us back for all of the items ruined after being soaked in a foot of urine and feces. It was a complete nightmare. After threatining to sue we got new carpet. We broke our lease shortly there after and payed the penalty. It was horrible and they were absolutely no help. My apartment and car were oth broken into and a computer, cd's,and a cd player were all stolen. Beware of this apartment complex. Go elsewhere!!!

After the 7/11/2007, I would be hard-pressed to rent at Karric. What a terrible way to be treated.
