Walking distance to shopping mall.

Cheapest apartment you can find in Dublin.

Single floor and quiet.

I had no security problem.

Managers were generally responsive, but I had bad experience with managers: Karric system was down for a few days in 2000.

After that, they tried to charge several months of water bill for the second time.

I did not pay twice of course by explained to them they have billing problem in their system, but when I left Karric Place, that amount was deducted from my security deposit.

I complained three times, called once, in writing once, and visited once to explain face to face, but they did not refund money saying I had to prove that I paid all bills, which I did.

It took me hours finding cancelled checks and receipt, but they did not refund any.

It was about $50 so I gave up.

Now they must pay for this by getting low rating from me.
