I have lived in Karric for about 3 years now and I like it. I could be one of the lucky ones though since I do tend to live in between pretty quiet neighbors. Maintenance is always here promptly when I have any kind of issue and management has always been very kind to me. For an older apartment it's nice. I used to live in Orleans on Hayden Run and it was horrible! I had horrible water damage to my BRAND NEW place due to faulty roofing and the management never cared to get to it promptly and they were even going to raise my rent so needless to say, I moved out and moved into Karric where my rent was not raised until about the third year and it wasn't even raised that much to make me angry. Plus, any issues I have they are on top. I would actually give my living experience here a good one. The only concern I have now is the peeping tom. I never heard about him. That was news to me. I would love more info on that!
